| We arrived at Barbados international airport expecting to stand in a long line waiting to clear customs when suddenly a woman named Kimberley appears. She introduces herself as the official "Greeter" from Platinum Services and with minutes Kimberley whisks us through immigration and customs and supervises as our luggage is taken outside to a waiting limo. This service is the best.

| My children and I spend the winter in Barbados and have been doing so for many years. About 8yrs ago, our favourite Hotel added a new VIP airport service and it is wonderful!! Platinum services organizes everything from the time we arrive to the time we depart, we do nothing but walk through the Airport. Immigration,customs, baggage,transport, check in, VIP lounge, everything. The staff is remarkable. You must try this service you will never regret it.

We have just returned from a holiday at the Cobbler's Cove. We met Yvette, having passed through Customs and collecting our bags. We did wonder if she would still be there as we were unlucky enough to be the last to collect our baggage. She was very friendly and welcoming and walked us to the execellent chauffeur service. During the holiday she was very attentive and booked a deep sea trip for me with an excellent charter. It was at the end of our vacation that we were most impressed by Yvette. We talked on the phone a day or so before leaving to speak about the outward flight. Yvette confirmed our seat and got us the best seats in the World Traveller Plus section of the BA 2155 Flight to Gatwick. She met us at check in with the Boarding passes and insured we went thru Immraartion and Security and then walked us right through to the departure lounge. She stood by while we were organised entry into the Airline Lounge. This was the best service we have ever experienced at an airport and typified all the best of the service we had everywhere in Barbados. Already looking forward to our next visit.
